The SWELL EXPERIENCE

Set to a lush tropical backdrop in the heart of Byron Bay, Swell Hotel features communal spaces specifically tailored for socialising, with alfresco and inside lounge areas perfect for gathering with a few friends or finding common ground with like-minded travelers.

Note, while the bars are not open to the public, external friends of guests are permitted in the garden lounge. 

There are complimentary Retro 88 surfboards available to borrow to experience Byron’s best beaches, and guests are encouraged to relax in the infrared sauna and ice bath (also complimentary for guests) followed by a dip in the ozone magnesium pool.

For those traveling by car, there is an onsite carpark with unallocated spaces. Please note, spaces are subject to availability and for guests only. There is a maximum clearance of 2.2 metres.

The hotel itself is a very short walk to Main Beach (5 minutes) and an even shorter walk to town (1 - 2 minutes).

It is also important to note that Swell Hotel is strictly adults-only. While we love the little ones, we relish in the opportunity of providing a tranquil environment just for grown-ups. We can recommend some wonderful family-friendly hotels for those looking to travel with their youngsters.
